Though mom was a pediatrician by profession, she couldn't resist the aroma of coffee and so every morning she's fix a cup to start her day. At the age of three, I did the same. And now that I'm a coffee addict of sorts, its just a few pushes away before I start going to Barista University anywhere in the world.
Robusta and Arabica beans are basically the essential elements to coffee. Mint, Almond and Vanilla are plain but timeless classic ad ons as well. Though its truly a weird thing, I take one glass of water a day and 7 mugs of coffee. One, when I wake up, one at mid day with biscuits, one after lunch, one at midafternoon, one shortly before dinner, one definitely after dinner and a last one to cap the day.
I tried to get off coffee and minimize drinking but all the classic awful withdrawal symptoms got in and so I just had to accept my fate of just simply die being a coffeeholic. I simply have a coffee press and from there, I can do all the fancy coffee mixes. The stirring is simply irresistable. Experimenting on blending beans is an exciting scientific escape.
The world wakes up to coffee. And everything will be fine.
