For non-pro snorkling mammals like me, Balicasag Island in Panglao is just the perfect spot for you. The sea tour at Panglao bring their guests to this protected coral reef near the Balicasag Island where tourist could snorkel safely bringing a piece of bread and in no time being welcomed by all the characters in the movie Nemo. Our guide was able to capture on clown fish as shown in the photo which we placed back into the water after its pictorial sessions. The boatmen are not allowed to fish around the coral reef but are able to earn income from the eco tour of the snorkling area. This spot is a must for families and snorkling lovers and Nemo fans.
